RH Asphalt (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black-owned subsidiary of Repair Holdings (Pty) Ltd, founded in 2024 to provide innovative and sustainable asphalt manufacturing solutions.
We specialize in high-quality, cost-effective asphalt production for road rehabilitation and maintenance projects across South Africa.
As a key player in infrastructure development, RH Asphalt leverages strategic partnerships, including collaborations with the Central University of Technology (CUT) and the Department of Community Safety, Roads, and Transport.
These partnerships allow us to actively contribute to major infrastructure programs, such as the Pothole Eradication Programme (PEP).
Our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability ensures that we supply high-performance asphalt, playing a pivotal role in developing durable, safer road networks across the region.

Our History
Experience
Operating under the name Tendiright, Repair Holdings worked through the manufacturing plant of our strategic partner, Robust Road Repair. This period laid the foundation for our technical expertise and product development in road surfacing solutions.
Research Partner
Repair Holdings joined the Free State Department of Community Safety, Roads and Transport’s Pothole Eradication Programme, managed by the Central University of Technology (CUT). As a research partner, we collaborated closely with CiviLabCUT to enhance the performance and sustainability of our asphalt products through applied innovation and field testing.
Strategic Consolidation:
In 2024, Repair Holdings (Pty) Ltd. consolidated its operations and projects, leading to the formation of its subsidiary company: RH Asphalt (Pty) Ltd. This strategic move positioned RH Asphalt to scale delivery, deepen technical capacity, and formalize its role in South Africa’s infrastructure development.
